September 2011 Charlotte NC Real Estate Market Newsletter-This month report which shows the previous months market activity continues to show a reduction in inventory which typically occurs this time of the year. The good news is the reduction is greater than the past couple of years for the same month. Prices are still slightly dropping in some areas, but others are showing signs of leveling off.
